Good quality item; gives you options for keeping your batteries charged as I've always found they generally expire when I need them most.

I was going to buy a Duracell 1 hour charger till I read the the review's about it on Amazon and because they were not very good; I opted for the Energizer 90 minute charger.
First of all the delivery was excellent; I ordered on a Tuesday night and recieved it Thursday morning. That is better than driving down to Curry's or Comet; parking and queueing to pay!.
The charger it self seems good Quality, With that, I mean a nice feel to it, it feel's well made,the button you slide across for charging 2 or 4 batteries feels good, not like it's going to break after a few charge's. I've charged two sets of batteries in the alloted time. You can say I have faith in this product, time will, I'll keep you posted.

Bought these for use with my DSLR camera flashgun (SB800) which gets through batteries really quickly, so I'm used to using quite a few sets of rechargeables.
My (really) old chargers took hours to charge a set of batteries so I finally decided to get a new charger and went for this one which came with a set of decent power batteries..
The batteries supplied are 2100mAh NiMH but I found that the charger works just fine on my other non-Energizer batteries of lower strengths.
This charger does indeed charge up the batteries within an hour. I saw in some reviews claims that it charges 2 batteries in an hour and takes longer for 4 batteries but I found that the charger quickly charges all 4 batteries within 1hr.
I haven't tried the in-car charger yet.
The charger itself doesn't plug into the electricity socket but has a cable that attaches to the charger and at the other end of the cable is the plug. This is useful for plugging into hard to reach places.
It has a switch for you to specify whether you're charging 2 or 4 batteries, and a light that goes green when the batteries are fully charged, although if you leave them in it claims to continue 'trickle' charging them. I have no idea what that means but assume that it prevents them slowly loosing their charge.
I'm used to rechargeable batteries not lasting very long on a flashgun, so I can't comment on how long they last. I might try to keep count next time I use it and add a comment on the review.
The one fault I found is that the battery casing is not very strong at all.. I haven't had them very long, a couple of months, and already the casings on the batteries have various cuts and peels on them. For this reason I have given this product a 4 star rating.

Delivery was surprisingly quick.
Tried this product with both 4 and 2 AAA and AA batteries. Very quick charge. Car adapter sems to work OK so should be ideal for camping ect.Energiser Battery Charger inc 4AA Rechargeable Batteries - 90 Minute Charge Time
