I bought this to use on my maxi-scooter as it has a 12V power outlet in a pocket on the front fairing, however because the power outlet is quite close to the pocket door it took me ages to find a charging device that had a plug small enough to allow the door to close with it plugged in.
This device is great, and very small so there's plenty of room for it to fit without impeding the door even with a charger plugged into it. I can now charge my phone or sat-nave while on the move.
The cable reel is very useful to avoid drooping cables which is especially important near handlebars on a scooter/motorcycle!
I also just leave the device permanently in the socket safe in the knowledge that it won't flatten the battery when not in use.
My only criticism is that the box should perhaps be more robust (a tin perhaps) as it is necessary to keep it to store all the charging tips. I feel mean dropping a whole star for that but Amazon doesn't allow half stars otherwise it'd be 4 1/2 from me.

Brilliant device. Small, easy to use and can be left in all the time - only turns 'on' when a device is plugged in and it turns off once charged.
Tip box is a nuisance and too large, but otherwise it beats the dedicated large chargers.

Small but nicely made piece of kit. Assorted connectors mean there is nothing I cannot connect while in the car.Would have been more usefull if it had come with a small pouch to keep all the bits in though.
