Panasonic OEM Battery which works as it should in a TZ10 with the latest firmware update. No problems with this one.

Well, this battery does what it says on the tin - it powers my TZ8 for a respectable time, but at this price is frankly too expensive.
Luckily, I found that Amazon now sell a Microtek compatible battery for well under half this price. I now have one of these and, in normal use, I can find no difference between it and the Panasonic versions.

This is a genuine panasonic battery of the correct specification but probably for the french market(different writing on battery case)but after limited use seems to match up to the performance of camera supplied battery and at a very competitive price.

What can I say?
Does exactly what it says. Excellent battery which works very well. Also unlike some re' the TZ7 camera which I use this on, the camera standard battery life is pretty good imo. This replacement or additional battery in my case is exactly the same as the one supplied with the camera - so I am well pleased.
The price was acceptable too.
