arrived quickly and with all the attachements as listed only issue i have is that when the battery sits in the slot for charging it is not locked or held specifically in position and you need to push the battery against the terminals to make sure that it connects, and considering that this is the only job that this device does it could have been designed better

As already stated on other reviews there's no instructions but unless you're the type who can't be trusted to use a pencil correctly, you can't really get any less difficult.
The battery charger works fine and having an in-car cable is a real bonus, especially when I tend to carry my camera about with me in the car (I don't keep it there in case any thieves are reading!)
All in all a great product at a great price.

It's true that there are no instructions included but it's very straight forward, i think a few trees might have been saved by not printing the obvious.
1. slide the battery into the charger face down so the terminals of the battery meet the terminals of the battery (it can only go in one way)
2. switch on the charger
3. wait until the light has turned from red to green.
the charger does seem a bit light & flimsy but at the end of the day it charges batteries fine and bears the CE logo which shows it meets the standards you would expect. At less then £8 it's well worth the money.
