Great product, build quality is suspect July 16, 2010

This is a brilliant idea. It works exactly as advertised and really helps to keep the clutter down. My only criticism is that the modules are a little flimsy and I'm not sure how long they will last with repeated use. Still, this device is perfect for what it does, and a real bargain too.

I bought an idapt last year. Its a brilliant piece of kit - does what it says on the tin. The biggest problem is if you need any tips that arent for sale on Amazon. Last year I needed two extra tips and it took a month to get them. I was told it was an error on the payment section (even though the money had been taken after the order was placed)and I eventually received the tips. After changing company mobiles we needed a tip that we had to get from the company direct. Order placed on the 6th June - I have emailed every department at the company for the last three days but no response and no tip! Verdict is brilliant product as long as the tips you need are available through Amazon.

Seems good and looks good, but very poor quality. The tips break very easily. In a couple of months I've had to replace both the Sony Ericsson tip and the mini USB tip. I don't mistreat it, and connect the items to be charged as carefully as I can. Support from the manufacturer is non-existent. I've emailed them on several occasions, and told them I was going to write this negative review if they did not respond to my latest email. Not once have they given me the courtesy of replying.

Great product - does exactly what it says on the box. I use this to charge my mobile, my wife's mobile and my ipod overnight. Removes the need for lots of different chargers and leads lying around.
If buying, I would suggest considering what you are looking to charge - the individual items have to stand on the charger so cant be too big or heavy - my e-book wont fit on it for example.
Still a good buy..
