The seller sent this unit just in a plastic bag and the diffuser and two filters were cracked in transit. The shoe mount is very difficult to tighten enough to hold steady on a camera, the light itself is quite good and even but with 6 batteries fitted the unit is just too heavy for the mounting shoe. I returned this item to the seller and await a refund

Superb. A cheap 'talking heads' video light for those times when you were caught unprepared or when you need a little extra light. Takes a range of standard batteries as well as AA. Comes with three filters, it's not heavy (either in weight or on battery needs) and is easy to carry around. A great buy that won't break the bank.
